These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Gigadyne Technologies LLCʼs apps and
services. By using any Gigadyne product, you agree to follow these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate personal details when registering.
2. Account & Access
Users must protect their login credentials.
Unauthorized use should be reported immediately to support@gigadyne.io
3. Service Usage
Use the app only for lawful purposes.
Follow local UAE laws and terms specific to each Gigadyne app.
4. Intellectual Property
All apps, designs, and logos belong to Gigadyne Technologies FZE.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without written permission.
5. Liability
Gigadyne provides services “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted access.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or AED 1,000, whichever is lower.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of terms, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
